CHILLI TOFU AND SPRING ONION WRAPS
Ingredients:
- 125g tofu
- 1 Mission low carb wrap
- 100g cucumber
- 20g spring onion
- 30g watercress
- Salt
- pepper
Method:
- Dice the tofu and brush with chilli sauce. Grill until sticky and glazed.
- Spread a little more chilli sauce on top of the wrap then add the tofu with shredded cucumber, spring onions and some watercress.
- Roll up and eat.
