Chilli Jam Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients: (Makes 2)
- Eggs 3
- Seeded Bagel 2
- Bacon Medallions 1
- Light Soft Cheese 30g or 1oz
- Nandos Chilli Jam 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and boil them for 6–9 minutes,
depending on your preferred doneness. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water
to cool, then peel and slice them.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon medallion until
golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Slice the bagel in half and toast both halves until golden brown.
In a bowl, mash the peeled eggs with a fork. Add the chopped bacon, light soft
cheese, and chili jam. Mix well until combined. Spread the mashed egg and bacon
mixture generously on one half of the toasted bagel.
