Ingredients:
- 250g Carisma Potatoes washed, patted dry, and pricked all over with a fork
- ½ teaspoon butter (3g)
- ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (3g)
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Rub the potato with the butter , olive oil, minced garlic and chilli flakes and salt.
- Bake the potatoes for approximately 30 minutes.
- Once golden brown its ready to serve. Season with salt again if necessary.
- Serve warm and Enjoy!
