Ingredients:

  • 250g Carisma Potatoes washed, patted dry, and pricked all over with a fork
  • ½ teaspoon butter (3g)
  • ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (3g)
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Rub the potato with the butter , olive oil, minced garlic and chilli flakes and salt.
  3. Bake the potatoes for approximately 30 minutes. 
  4. Once golden brown its ready to serve. Season with salt again if necessary.
  5. Serve warm and Enjoy!
