CHICKEN SALAD WRAP

Ingredients:
- 1 low mission carb wrap
- 2 pieces of romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 10g cherry tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 30g avocado (thinly sliced)
Chicken salad
- 150g boneless chicken breast (poached and cubed)
- 5g celery (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free syrup
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add in chopped chicken, sliced celery, greek yogurt, sugar free syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and add salt with black pepper.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Spread the tortillas and place dry chopped romaine lettuce to the right of the center of the tortilla.
- Top the lettuce with slices of tomatoes and avocados.
- Finally, cover the ingredients with the chicken salad. Roll the wrap-up and serve it immediately.
