CHICKEN SALAD WRAP

Ingredients:

  • 1 low mission carb wrap
  • 2 pieces of romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 10g cherry tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 30g avocado (thinly sliced)

Chicken salad

  • 150g boneless chicken breast (poached and cubed)
  • 5g celery (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free syrup 
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add in chopped chicken, sliced celery, greek yogurt, sugar free syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and add salt with black pepper.
  2. Combine all the ingredients.
  3. Spread the tortillas and place dry chopped romaine lettuce to the right of the center of the tortilla.
  4. Top the lettuce with slices of tomatoes and avocados.
  5. Finally, cover the ingredients with the chicken salad. Roll the wrap-up and serve it immediately.
