Ingredients:

  • 150g boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 1 whole egg (beaten) 
  • 30g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Clean chicken breasts and pat dry. Using a sharp knife, file the breasts down the middle into thin cutlets. Generously season each piece with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour and shake off any excess. Set aside.
  3. Now dip the pieces of chicken in the beaten egg.
  4. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry chicken in batches, about 4 minutes on each side, until each piece turns brown. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. 
  5. Drizzle with hot sauce and enjoy.
