CHICKEN ADOBO
Ingredients:
- 150g white meat boneless (Chicken breast, Turkey Beast, Lean Pork)
- 1 teaspoon butter (7g)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce Kikkoman
- 1 teaspoon vinegar apple
- 50g bulb Onion, sliced
- 2 Garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 chili peppers
- 200g bell pepper, sliced
- 20g green onions
- 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a pan and add butter.
- Sauté the garlic making sure it is browns.
- Then add the onions. Sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- When the chicken is half cooked, add the soy sauce and vinegar.
- Cook until the chicken is fully marinated to the soy sauce and vinegar. You will know when the chicken is marinated when it is brown, season with salt.
- Then add the bay leaf. After five minutes, put in the peppers. Let the dish cook for another 5 minutes.
- From time to time, turn the chicken so the flavours are evenly distributed in the sauce.
- Then add the sugar free syrup, stir, and leave it cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
