CHICKEN ADOBO

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g white meat boneless (Chicken breast, Turkey Beast, Lean Pork)
  • 1 teaspoon butter (7g)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce Kikkoman
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar apple
  • 50g bulb Onion, sliced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 200g bell pepper, sliced
  • 20g green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan and add butter.
  2. Sauté the garlic making sure it is browns.
  3. Then add the onions. Sauté the onion and garlic.
  4. Add the chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. When the chicken is half cooked, add the soy sauce and vinegar.
  6. Cook until the chicken is fully marinated to the soy sauce and vinegar. You will know when the chicken is marinated when it is brown, season with salt.
  7. Then add the bay leaf. After five minutes, put in the peppers. Let the dish cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. From time to time, turn the chicken so the flavours are evenly distributed in the sauce.
  9. Then add the sugar free syrup, stir, and leave it cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with green onions.
