CHIA & APPLE PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 150ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 30g chia seeds
- 50g apple chooped or sliced
- 50g low-fat Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- Keep a small-sized pot over medium heat and add almond milk, sugar syrup, vanilla extract, ground cardamom, and salt. Once the liquid boils, take off the heat.
- In a medium-sized bowl add the chia seeds and almond milk mix. Stir until the seeds are homogeneously in contact with the liquid. Cover and rest in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight.
- Serve chia pudding topped with yogurt and apple.
