CHATPATA VEGETABLE SALAD

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala (masala of choice)
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 75g carrot
  • 125g cucumber
  • 10g lettuce leaf
  • 10g coriander leaves

Method:

Step 1

To prepare this delicious salad recipe, wash and cut round slices of cucumbers in a bowl. Also, wash the tomatoes and carrot and then cut them as you like. Then, take a deep bowl and add all the chopped vegetables in it.

Step 2

Next, add chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, salt, sugar free syrup and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3

For the plating, wash the lettuce leaf and put it in a serving plate. Transfer the salad in this plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. chatpata vegetable salad is ready.
