Ingredients:
- 50g low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 45g rolled oats
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
Instructions:
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight, before consuming.
