CAULIFLOWER BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 60g banana, frozen
  • 200g frozen cauliflower, steam before freezing for the best flavour
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour

Toppings:

  • 20g raisins
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  •  ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the milk, banana, frozen cauliflower and protein powder and blend until smooth.
  1. Garnish with flax seeds, peanut butter, raisins and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder.
