CAKE BATTER ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients:
- 30g oats flour
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g)
- 30g chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shreds
- 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoon low-fat almond milk
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients (excep the chocolate chips) in the food processor.
- Process for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides, and process for another couple of seconds.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll a large marble-sized ball of mixture in your hands.
- Place it in the chocolate chips and roll it around a bit to get it coated.
- Once the balls are coated, place them on a plate in a single layer.
- Transfer them to the fridge for another 30 minutes and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them.
