BLUEBERRY OATS MUFFIN

 

Ingredients: 

(makes 1 serving)

  • 65g Oats
  • 50g Bluberries
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 15g Whey Protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 125ml almond milk
  • Dash of vanilla
  • 1 tsp sugar free syrup
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Method:

  • Take all the ingredients and place it in a blender and blend it till smooth.
  • After blending mix in some blueberries.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven safe bowl.
  • Bake at 200c for 20 min.
  • Top with peanut butter and serve.
