BLUEBERRY OATS MUFFIN
Ingredients:
(makes 1 serving)
- 65g Oats
- 50g Bluberries
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 15g Whey Protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- 125ml almond milk
- Dash of vanilla
- 1 tsp sugar free syrup
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Method:
- Take all the ingredients and place it in a blender and blend it till smooth.
- After blending mix in some blueberries.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven safe bowl.
- Bake at 200c for 20 min.
- Top with peanut butter and serve.
