Biscoff Bulking Oats

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Oats 60g or 2.1 oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
  • Milk 300ml or 10.14 fl oz semi skim
  • Biscoff Spread 2 tsp
  • Biscoff Biscuits 1
  • Boiling Water 2 to 3 tbsp

Instructions:

To a saucepan, add the oats, milk, whey, and a tsp of the biscoff spread. Cook on a
low-medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

As the oats cook, make the biscoff sauce. In a small bowl add a tsp of biscoff
spread. Next, add 2 to 3 tbsp of boiling water. Mix well until you get a smooth, runny
texture. You may want to add more water.

Place the oats in a bowl, then crumble 1/2 a biscoff biscuit on top and place the
other on top. Next, drizzle the biscoff sauce and enjoy!
