Berry Granola Protein Pots

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for two portions.
- Greek Yoghurt 500g or 17.6oz, 0% fat
- Mixed Frozen Berries 120g or 4.2oz
- Whey Protein 40g or 1.4oz, vanilla
- Porridge Oats 30g or 1oz
- Dark Chocolate 20g or 0.7oz
- Honey 20g or 0.7oz
Instructions:
Add oats and honey to a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir frequently and
toast for 4–5 minutes, until golden and lightly crisp. Set aside to cool
In a bowl, stir the protein powder into the Greek yogurt until fully combined and
smooth. Divide evenly between two jars or bowls.
Layer the frozen berries over the yogurt, followed by half the chopped chocolate.
Sprinkle the cooled oat-honey granola on top.
Garnish with the remaining chocolate. Enjoy straight away or chill in the fridge for
15 minutes to let the berries slightly thaw into the yogurt.
