Berry Bliss Protein Pot

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • 0% Fat Protein Yogurt 200g or 7oz
  • Vanilla Whey 1 scoop
  • Blackberries 4
  • Blueberries 10
  • Raspberries 5

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix 200g of 0% fat Greek yogurt with a scoop of whey protein (vanillaflavored).
Stir well until the yogurt and whey protein are thoroughly combined, creating a smooth and
creamy base.

Gently place the blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries on top of the yogurt
and whey protein mixture. Spread them evenly to create a visually appealing
arrangement.
