Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for two.

  • Coconut Milk 300ml or 10fl oz
  • Acai 200g or 7oz
  • Frozen Strawberries 150g or 5.3oz
  • Raspberries 100g or 3.5oz
  • Whey Protein 2 scoops, Vanilla
  • Beetroot Powder 1 tsp

Instructions:

If using acai puree packets, run them under warm water for a few seconds to
slightly soften before breaking them into chunks. Ensure your strawberries and
raspberries are frozen to achieve a thick, chilled consistency.
