CURRIED BEEF MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
(makes 01 serving)
- 100g Lean Ground Beef Mince
- 20g Brown Onion
- 1 Clove Fresh Garlic
- 5g Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (add for desired consistency)
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Salt & Pepper
- 20g Spring Onion
- 1/2tsp curry powder
- 20 ml Tomato Salsa
Method:
- Start by slicing the onion and finely dicing the garlic.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the minced beef, sliced onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, and salt and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients using your fingertips then, roll into balls.
- Take a medium sized non-stick fry pan and spray with cooking oil.
- Take the meatballs and grill over moderate heat for 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to prevent them from sticking.
- Once the meatballs are cooked all the way through, sprinkle cilantro and basil.
- Serve with fresh tomato salsa.
