CURRIED BEEF MEATBALLS

 

Ingredients:

(makes 01 serving)

  • 100g Lean Ground Beef Mince 
  • 20g Brown Onion 
  • 1 Clove Fresh Garlic
  • 5g Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (add for desired consistency)
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder 
  • ½ tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 20g Spring Onion
  • 1/2tsp curry powder
  • 20 ml Tomato Salsa 

Method:

  • Start by slicing the onion and finely dicing the garlic. 
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the minced beef, sliced onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, and salt and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients using your fingertips then, roll into balls.
  • Take a medium sized non-stick fry pan and spray with cooking oil. 
  • Take the meatballs and grill over moderate heat for 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to prevent them from sticking. 
  • Once the meatballs are cooked all the way through, sprinkle cilantro and basil.
  • Serve with fresh tomato salsa.
