Banana & Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- Banana 1, large
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Peanut Butter 40g or 1.4oz
- Honey 1 tsp
- Coca Powder 1 pinch
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F). Slice the banana and place the slices in a
single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, until golden and
caramelised. Meanwhile, toast the bread to your liking. Spread peanut butter
generously over each slice of toast. Top with the hot banana slices straight from
the air fryer. 6. Drizzle with honey, then finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a
touch of cocoa powder if using.
