BANANA OATMEAL
Ingredients:
(makes 01 serving)
- 50g Steel Cut Oatmeal
- 10g Stevia
- 225 ml Unsweetened Almond milk
- ½ tsp Banana Essence
- 30g of Whey Protein powder
- Extra Water (if required)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium size microwave safe cereal bowl
- Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds so it does not spill from the sides.
- Add water as required for desired consistency.
