BANANA OATMEAL

 

Ingredients:

(makes 01 serving)

  • 50g Steel Cut Oatmeal
  • 10g Stevia
  • 225 ml Unsweetened Almond milk
  • ½ tsp Banana Essence
  • 30g of Whey Protein powder
  • Extra Water (if required)

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium size microwave safe cereal bowl
  • Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds so it does not spill from the sides.
  • Add water as required for desired consistency.
