BANANA BREAD OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 45g oats
  • 100g banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120ml almond milk

Toppings:

  • 20g banana
  • Instructions:

    1. Blend all the ingredients together.
    2. Add in to a baking dish, add banana slices on to and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
    3. Let it cool and serve.
