BANANA BREAD CAKE

Ingredients:
- 50g mashed banana
- 30g almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- ½ tablespoon Almond milk
Method:
- Mash the banana till you get a purée consistency and then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well till combined.
- Transfer the batter to a bowl and microwave for approximately 1 minute and let cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
