BANANA BREAD CAKE

 

Ingredients: 

  • 50g mashed banana
  • 30g almond flour 
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • ½ tablespoon Almond milk 

Method:

  1. Mash the banana till you get a purée consistency and then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well till combined. 
  2. Transfer the batter to a bowl and microwave for approximately 1 minute and let cool for 2 minutes.  Enjoy!
