BAKED MAHI-MAHI TACOS

Ingredients:
- 150g Mahi-Mahi filet or Whitefish (Barramundi, Basa, Prawns, Calamari, Dori, Ling, Snapper, Whiting)
- 2 corn tortillas
- 50g shredded lettuce
- 50g avocado
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Bake the thawed Mahi-Mahi filets at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until flaky.
- While the fish filets are baking, mix the greek yogurt, spices, and water in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
- Place shredded lettuce, baked fish filet (sliced), and avocado in each tortilla.
- Drizzle the yogurt mixture over each taco.
