Baked Chocolate Protein Oats

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four pieces.

  • Semi Skim Milk 300ml or 10fl oz
  • Sauce 1 tsp nutella mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • (not included in macros)
  • Banana 2, medium
  • Porridge Oats 200g or 7oz
  • Whey Protein 60g or 2oz, chocolate
  • Cocoa Powder 30g or 1oz
  • Milk Chocolate Chips 20g or 0.7oz
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan) or 350°F.


Add the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and baking powder
to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.


Add the milk and mashed bananas. Mix until you have a smooth batter. Fold in the
chocolate chunks.


Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Bake for 25 to 30
minutes, or until the centre is set and a fork comes out clean.


Leave to cool slightly, then slice into 4 pieces.
