Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Cottage Cheese 250g or 8.8oz
  • Plain Flour 10g or 0.35oz
  • Butter 5g or 0.17oz
  • Sweetener 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Apple ½, medium
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, Vanilla
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Sweetener 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp
  • Sweetener 1 tsp

Instructions:

dd the blended cottage cheese, egg, cornflour, vanilla whey, and 1 tbsp
sweetener to a bowl. Mix until smooth.


Dice half an apple and sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sweetener. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, 1 tsp sweetener and melted butter until it
resembles small crumbs.


Pour the cheesecake mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin. Add the diced
apples on top. Scatter the crumble evenly over the apples. Bake at 180°C for 35 to
40 minutes until set and golden on top.


Enjoy warm or let it cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 2
hours to enjoy chilled.
