Almond Vanilla Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- Almond Milk 1/4 cup or 60ml
- Egg 1
- Porridge Oats 40g or 1.4oz
- Whey Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Almond Flakes 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or your air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in the oats, egg, almond milk, vanilla extract,
almond flavoring, baking powder, and vanilla whey protein. Stir until well
combined.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish or ramekin. Top with flaked almonds and a
sprinkle of sugar for a sweet, crunchy finish.
Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the oats are golden brown and set. Air Fryer:
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F) until golden and cooked through
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy this warm, protein-packed
breakfast with a drizzle of extra almond milk or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
