AIRFRIED BREADED FISH WITH BEANS AND SPINACH

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g white fish filets
  • Olive oil Spray
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 150g beans
  • 100g spinach

Method:

Step 1

Spray fish filets with a little bit of oil and set aside.

Step 2

Combine spices in a small bowl.

Step 3

Put breadcrumbs in a Ziplock bag. Add spices to the bag and shake well to combine.

Step 4

One at a time, place fish filet into bag and gently press breadcrumb mixture into the fish. Make sure all sides are coated. Repeat for each filet.

Step 5

Cook filets for 10-12 minutes at 400°F or 200°C in an air fryer basket. Flip filets halfway through cooking.

Step 5

Meanwhile take a pot and boil some water to blanch the beans and spinach. Once blanched put in cool water. 

Step 6

Season the beans with salt and pepper. Serve with hot breaded fish.
