Air Fryer Jam Donut Bites

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for 12 Balls.

  • Greek Yoghurt 220g or 7.8oz
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Self Raising Flour 200g or 7oz
  • Strawberry Jam 100g or 3.5oz
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 40g or 1.4oz
  • Vanilla Whey Protein 40g or 1.4oz
  • Butter 40g or 1.4oz, 60% fat
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla, yogurt, flour, whey, sweetener, baking
powder, and egg. Stir until a dough forms, then knead gently with your hands until
smooth.


Divide the dough into 12–15 equal balls. Place them in your airfryer basket, leaving
space between each.


Airfry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Once slightly cooled, pierce each donut with a skewer or small knife to create a
cavity. Fill a piping bag with jam and pipe into the centre of each. Alternatively,
simply dip them into jam when serving.


Melt the butter in the microwave (about 1 minute on high). Roll each ball in melted
butter, then toss in sugar until coated.
