Air Fryer Crunchy Chickpeas

Ingredients: (Makes 2)
- Chickpeas 1 tin, drained
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Instructions:
Ensure the chickpeas are thoroughly drained, rinsed, and patted dry. Removing as
much moisture as possible helps them become crunchier when cooked.
In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika,
cumin, and chili powder until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in
the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to
ensure they cook evenly and don’t stick together.
Let the chickpeas cool slightly; they will continue to crisp up as they cool. Serve
warm or at room temperature as a snack or as a crunchy addition to salads.
