Air Fryer Chicken Parm Wrap

 

Ingredients: (Makes 2)

  • Chicken Breast 2, breaded (frozen)
  • Mozzarella 100g or 3.5oz, reduced fat
  • Tortilla 2, 8-inch
  • Pizza Sauce Topper 6 tbsp
  • Fresh Basil 6 leaves
  • Ground Oregano 1 tsp

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Add the breaded chicken breasts and air
fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.


On each wrap: Spread 2 tbsp of marinara sauce over the base. Sprinkle with 10g
(0.35oz) grated mozzarella. Place the cooked chicken on top. Add another 1 tbsp of
marinara sauce over the chicken. Top with another 10g (0.35oz) grated mozzarella
and 2 fresh basil leaves.


Carefully fold the wrap burrito-style, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Place
the wrap seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Spoon 1 tbsp of marinara sauce
over the top of each wrap. Lay down 10g (0.35oz) mozzarella on each wrap.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and a few extra basil leaves for extra flavour.


Air fry the assembled wrap at 180°C (355°F) for 8 minutes, or until the wrap is
golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
