AIR FRIED SALMON PATTIES

Ingredients:
Salmon Patties:
- 150g salmon, chopped into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 5g fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, more if needed
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Aioli Dipping Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 pinches of Cajun seasoning
- 1g parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- For the aioli dipping sauce, stir the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning until combined. Refrigerate until needed.
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon, chives, parsley, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Add the flour and mix until well-combined. Shape into four patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly apply olive oil on the patties.
- Place the basket into the fryer and reduce the temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip the patties halfway through and apply olive oil on the. You’ll know they’re cooked if a meat thermometer inserted into the center of a patty reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve hot with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
