Açaí Bowl

Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- Frozen Mixed Berries 150g or 5.3 oz
- Raspberries 11, single
- Kiwi 1/2 whole
- Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Granola 1 tsp
- Almond Milk 100ml or 3.4 fl oz
- Frozen Açaí Puree 100g or 3.5 oz
- Banana 1 small
- Blueberries 1 handful, fresh
Instructions:
To a blender add the frozen berries, acai, banana and almond milk. Blend until
smooth.
Next, add the berry mixture to a bowl and add the toppings.
To decorate the kiwi, insert a knife at the midline of the kiwi, making alternate 45-
degree angle insertions until you complete the insertions in a full circle around the
kiwi. Pull the kiwi apart and then peel the skin off.
