Açaí Bowl

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Frozen Mixed Berries 150g or 5.3 oz
  • Raspberries 11, single
  • Kiwi 1/2 whole
  • Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Granola 1 tsp
  • Almond Milk 100ml or 3.4 fl oz
  • Frozen Açaí Puree 100g or 3.5 oz
  • Banana 1 small
  • Blueberries 1 handful, fresh

Instructions:

To a blender add the frozen berries, acai, banana and almond milk. Blend until
smooth.

Next, add the berry mixture to a bowl and add the toppings.

To decorate the kiwi, insert a knife at the midline of the kiwi, making alternate 45-
degree angle insertions until you complete the insertions in a full circle around the
kiwi. Pull the kiwi apart and then peel the skin off.
