Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for two servings.
- Kiwi 2
- Frozen Mango 150g or 5.3oz
- Banana 1 medium
- Frozen Pineapple 150g or 5.3oz
- Broccoli 70g or 2.5oz
- Spinach 40g or 1.4oz
- Coconut Water 500ml or 17fl oz
Instructions:
Peel the kiwis and banana. Weigh out the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, broccoli
florets, and fresh spinach.
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender: kiwis, frozen mango, banana,
frozen pineapple, broccoli florets, spinach, and coconut water.
Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the
smoothie is too thick, add an extra splash of coconut water and blend again.
