Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Porridge Oats 50g or 1.7oz
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Greek Yoghurt 1 tbsp, 0% fat
  • Frozen Mixed Berries 80g or 2.8oz
  • Banana 1 small
  • Semi-Skim Milk 250ml or 8.5fl oz
  • Water 100ml or 3.4fl oz
  • Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Flaxseed 1 tbsp
  • Flaked Almonds 15g or 0.5oz
  • Pumpkin Seeds 15g or 0.5oz
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp

Instructions:

Add the oats, seeds, nuts, milk, water, cinnamon and a small pinch of salt to a
saucepan.


Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly. Cook for 5 to 8
minutes, or until thick and creamy.


Stir through the chia seeds in the final minute.

Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana, Greek yogurt, berries and a drizzle
of honey or maple syrup.
