Caramelised Banana Toast

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.
- Banana 1 medium
- Cottage Cheese 70g or 2.5oz, 0% fat
- Wholemeal Bread 1 slice
- Honey 1 tsp
- Pumpkin Seeds 1 tsp
- Sesame Seeds ½ tsp
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
Instructions:
Slice the banana into rounds. Heat the a non-stick pan over medium-low heat
until. Add the banana slices in a single layer and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for
6 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until both sides are golden brown and
caramelised.
While the bananas cook, toast the slice of bread to your liking.
Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the warm toast. Arrange the caramelised
bananas on top.
Drizzle with honey and scatter over the pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Serve
immediately.
