Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • rozen Acai 100g or 3.5oz
  • Chia Seeds ½ tsp
  • Frozen Strawberries 100g or 3.5oz
  • Banana 1 small
  • Water 50ml or 1.7fl oz
  • Fresh Strawberries 4
  • Banana ½ small
  • Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
  • Porridge Oats 1 tsp

Instructions:

Add the frozen açaí, strawberries, 1 banana, and liquid to a high-speed blender.
Blend until thick and smooth. Use as little liquid as possible to keep it spoonable.


Spoon the açaí into a bowl and smooth out the top. Arrange the slices strawberries
and banana on top. Drizzle over the peanut butter and finish with a sprinkle of oats
and chia seeds. Enjoy immediately while thick and cold.
