Flourless Air Fryer Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for six cookies.
- Dates 10, medjool
- Egg 1
- Tahini 2 tbsp
- Dark Chocolate 15g or 0.5oz
- Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
Instructions:
Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for 5 to 10 miniutes. After soaking, drain the
dates and mash them in a bowl using a fork or blend until smooth and paste-like.
Add the egg, tahini, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the mashed dates. Stir
everything together until a sticky dough forms.
Scoop and shape the dough into small cookies using your hands or a spoon.
Slightly flatten them and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment
paper or lightly greased.
Sprinkle the dark chocolate chunks over the tops of the cookies, gently pressing
them in.
Cook at 340°F (170°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the center
is slightly soft. Let them cool for 5 minutes before eating — they’ll firm up as they
rest.
