Chocolate Nut & Seed Granola

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for 10 portions.
- Oats 135g or 4.8oz
- Walnuts 30g or 1oz
- Cocoa Powder 18g or 0.6oz
- Honey 80g or 2.8oz
- Raisins 80g or 2.8oz
- Chia Seeds 40g or 1.4oz
- Cashew Nuts 35g or 1.2oz
- Flax Seeds 35g or 1.2oz
- Pumpkin Seeds 30g or 1oz
- Flaked Almonds 30g or 1oz
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet or air fryer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, and seeds. Pour over
the honey and stir until everything is fully coated.
Air Fryer: Cook at 140°C (285°F) for 12–15 minutes, stirring every 3–4 minutes. Oven:
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even
cooking.
Let the granola cool completely, this is when it gets crunchy! Once cooled, stir in
the raisins.
Transfer to an airtight jar or container. Keep at room temperature for up to 3
weeks.
