Chicken Caesar Tacos

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for two portions.

  • Chicken Mince 250g or 8.8oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 20g or 0.7oz
  • Small Taco 4, soft
  • Romaine Lettuce 75g or 2.6oz
  • Caesar Dressing 60g or 2.1oz
  • Bacon Rasher 2
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black Pepper 1 twist

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until
well combined.


Add the bacon to an air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 200°C.


Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned chicken mixture on the back of each
tortilla. Press down firmly so it sticks.


Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. Place each tortilla
chicken side down in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the chicken is
golden and cooked through. Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1–2 minutes
until lightly crisped.


Remove from the pan and top with shredded romaine, a drizzle of Caesar
dressing, grated parmesan, and bacon bits. You can also toss the salad
ingredients with the dressing ahead of time if preferred.


Fold each taco and serve warm. Perfect crunch, rich flavour — and no oven
needed!
