High Protein Choc Cheesecake Loaf

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for 10 slices.

  • Cottage Cheese 350g or 12.3oz, 0% fat
  • Greek Yoghurt 350g or 12.3oz, 0% fat
  • Chicken Eggs 3
  • Honey 80g or 2.8oz
  • Cocao Powder 30g or 1oz
  • Corn Flour 30g or 1oz

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a loaf tin with baking paper.


Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until completely
smooth and creamy.


Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and tap the tin gently to remove any air
bubbles.


Bake in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes, or until the centre is just set with a
slight wobble. Cool at room temperature, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at
least 3 hours or overnight.


Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy as is or top with Greek yoghurt, berries, or a drizzle of
dark chocolate.
