Air Fryer Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients: (Makes 2)
- Red Pepper 2, large
- Black Pepper 2 twists
- Salt 1 pinch
- Chopped Tomatoes 1 tin
- Chicken Mince 150g or
- Brown Onion 1, small
- Mozzarella Cheese 25g or
- Cheddar Cheese 25g or
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Ground Oregano 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned. Add the
onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in the cooked rice, drained tomatoes,
oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until
everything is well combined.
Spoon the mixture into each bell pepper until fully stuffed. Preheat your air fryer to
180°C (355°F).
Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the
peppers are tender.
Top each pepper with shredded cheese and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or
until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
