Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • 0% Fat Yoghurt 100g or 3.5 oz
  • Semi Skim Milk 150ml or 3/4 cup
  • Raspberries Frozen 80g or 2.8 oz
  • Banana 1 small
  • Porridge Oats 30g or 1/3 cup
  • Honey 1 tsp

Instructions:

To a blender add all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
