Cinnamon Banana Oat Smoothie

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Almond Milk 150ml or 5fl oz
  • Greek Yoghurt 100g or 3.5oz
  • Banana 1, medium
  • Porridge Oats 40g or 1.4oz
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp

Instructions:

Combine the oats, banana, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and almond milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
