Choco Peanut Recovery Smoothie

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • 0% Fat Yoghurt 150g or 5.2 oz
  • Semi Skim Milk 150ml or 5 fl oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
  • Creatine 1 scoop
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Chia Seed 1 tsp
  • Banana 1 large
  • Peanut Butter 1 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tsp

Instructions:

To a blender add all of the ingredients and blend until you have a thick, smooth
texture.
