“The Sunrise Special” Breakfast Bagel

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Hash Browns 2, frozen
  • Plain Bagel 1
  • Egg 1
  • Bacon Medallion 2
  • Spinach 1 handfull

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer. Cook the frozen hash browns until golden and crispy
(according to the instructions).

In a skillet/pan, cook the bacon until it reaches your preferred crispiness.

Using the bacon’s skillet, fry the egg to your liking.

Toast the bagel to a light golden brown.

Begin with the toasted bagel base then add a layer of fresh spinach. Place the
crispy hash browns next followed by a layer of sizzling bacon on top. Crown with
the golden fried egg.
