Scrambled Oats

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Banana 1, medium
  • Egg 1
  • Porridge Oats 50g or 1.7oz
  • Blueberries 1 handful
  • Raspberries 1 handful
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop
  • Greek Yoghurt 2 tbsp, 0% fat
  • Dark Chocolate 1 square, 70%

Instructions:

n a blender, combine the oats, banana, egg, and protein powder. Blend until the
mixture is smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the oat mixture, allowing it to set
slightly like a pancake. Then, begin scrambling, stirring constantly, until the mixture
is fully cooked and resembles scrambled eggs.

While the oats are cooking, prepare your toppings—wash the berries, measure the
yogurt, and grate the dark chocolate.

Spoon the scrambled oats onto a plate. Top with blueberries, raspberries, yogurt,
flaked almonds, and grated dark chocolate.
