Mocha Bircher
Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- 0% Fat Yoghurt 150g or 5.3 oz
- Walnuts 2
- Almonds 4
- Flaked Almonds 1 tsp
- Chocolate Soya Milk 100ml or 3.4 fl oz
- Oats 60g or 2.1 oz
- Espresso Shot 1
- Chia Seeds 1 tsp
- Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
- Hazelnut 4, kernel only
Instructions:
Measure out dry ingredients (oats, flaked almonds, chia seeds) into a breakfast
bowl.
Stir in the wet ingredients (espresso and milk) and allow the mixture to sit for 10
minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
Once ready to eat, top with the hazelnuts (chopped), walnuts (chopped), and
almonds (whole). A tsp of honey is an option to make it a little sweeter.
