Chocolate Protein Porridge

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Oats 60g or 2.1 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
  • Water 150ml or 5.07 fl oz
  • Milk 150ml or 5.07 fl oz low fat
  • Whey 1 scoop, chocolate
  • Banana 1, medium size
  • Almonds 1 tsp

Instructions:

In a pot, add the oats and liquids and cook on low to medium heat for 6 to 8
minutes. At this point, add the cocoa powder. Mix well.

Take the pot off the heat and add the whey protein, again mix well, and transfer
the porridge to a bowl. Serve with a chopped banana and flaked almonds.
