Blueberry Bicher

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • 0% Fat Protein Yogurt 150g or 5.3 oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
  • Blueberries 1 cup
  • Semi-Skimmed Milk 125ml or 4.2 fl oz
  • Oats 50g or 1.7 oz
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp
  • Flaxseed 1 tsp

Instructions:

First add 1/2 a cup of blueberries to a bowl. Next add in the remaining ingredients,
mixing well before topping off with the remaining blueberries. Place the bowl in the
fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
