Blueberry Bicher
Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- 0% Fat Protein Yogurt 150g or 5.3 oz
- Whey Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
- Blueberries 1 cup
- Semi-Skimmed Milk 125ml or 4.2 fl oz
- Oats 50g or 1.7 oz
- Honey 1 tsp
- Chia Seeds 1 tsp
- Flaxseed 1 tsp
Instructions:
First add 1/2 a cup of blueberries to a bowl. Next add in the remaining ingredients,
mixing well before topping off with the remaining blueberries. Place the bowl in the
fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
