Recovery Berry Booster
Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- Frozen Mixed Berries 150g or 5.3oz
- Semi Skim Milk 150ml or 5fl oz
- Mango 1/2
- Blueberries handful
- Vanilla Whey 1 scoop
- Chia Seeds 1 tsp
- Pumpkin Seeds 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the vanilla whey protein, milk, and frozen berries. Blend until
smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture into a bowl/serving container.
Top the blended mixture with fresh blueberries, mango, and a sprinkle of nuts and
seeds. Feel free to customize the toppings according to your preferences or
dietary needs.
