Berry Good Smoothie Bowl

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Summer Fruit 130g or 4.5oz, frozen
  • Oat Milk 50ml or 1.6 fl oz, unsweetened
  • Banana 1, large
  • Chia Seed 20g or 0.7 oz
  • Spinach handful
  • Yogurt 100g or 3.5 oz, 0% fat
  • Pumpkin Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 1/2 tbsp, sliced
  • Blueberries handful, fresh
  • Raspberries handful, fresh

Instructions:

Grab your blender and add in your oat milk, yogurt, chia seeds, frozen mixed
berries, banana, and spinach. Blend until you reach a thick, smooth texture. You
may need to add a little more liquid!

Pour the mixture into a bowl and then top with pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds,
and a handful each of fresh or frozen blueberries and raspberries.
